• Website Hosting, Creation, and Maintenance: Our website packages include hosting, creation, and monthly maintenance services. Each package offers a fixed amount of work time per month for changes and updates. Unused hours do not roll over to subsequent months.

3. Claims and Offers

All services are provided based on availability. Visionex reserves the right to decline or delay services as needed. Any stated timeframes for service completion are estimates. Actual completion times may vary. Visionex is not liable for delays caused by external factors, including third-party dependencies or client responsiveness.

4. Coupons and Discounts

Visionex may offer coupon codes or discounts at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or revoke any coupon codes or discounts at any time without notice. Coupons may apply only to the first billing cycle unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service, available here. All payments are final. Refunds will only be issued in rare cases, such as accidental duplicate payments or failure to deliver services. Each case will be reviewed individually. Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the transaction date.

We collect the following user data: username, company name, email address, password, and additional information provided through purchase forms. We use cookies to store cart information and user login sessions for a better experience. All user data is securely stored using industry best practices, including password salting and encryption. However, Visionex is not liable for breaches caused by user negligence, such as leaked passwords.
